Chelsea Jones

Hi there! My name is Chelsea, and I opened Critter Care by Chelsea LLC in 2025.

I’ve been a Certified Veterinary Technician since 2006. I worked in a general practice veterinary office until 2025. I’ve thought about starting a pet sitting/dog walking business for a while, and finally made the jump to kickstart my new career!

Being a Certified Veterinary Technician means I have more knowledge than most pet sitters or dog walkers. I have experience working with dogs, cats, pocket pets, birds, horses, farm animals—you name it! I can administer medications by injections or orally, and know how to monitor for any changes in behavior (which is especially important with geriatric pets or those with medical conditions). I’ve also had extensive Fear Free training.

My fur-kids include 2 mixed breed dogs (Raiden and Kitana), 1 domestic shorthair cat (Hershel), and 2 quarter horses (Cash and Dillon). I love taking my pups for walks in the woods, and spending time with family and friends.
